This welding head is a special welding machine specially designed for pipe-pipe TIG welding, suitable for general carbon steel, stainless steel and other pipe-pipe butt joints automatic welding. It has two welding types: filler wire or self-melting. This machine can be used with digital power supplies such as PD3000 and PD4000 to accurately realize all-position TIG pipe-pipe welding, and the welding results are highly reproducible with ideal welding effect. As for application, it is mainly used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, engineering installation, shipbuilding, boiler, military and nuclear power industries.

Characteristics

• The main part is made of aluminum, with light and handy structure, and the caliper clamping method can be applied to different pipe diameters;

• Adopting a backlash-free gear transmission design, with stable rotation, small moment of inertia, and no jamming;

• The arc tracking technology is adopted to keep the distance between the tungsten electrode and the surface of the workpiece basically constant;

• Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel-based, high-strength steel and other materials;
