Renewable Design for Automatic Pipeline Welding Machine - Closed type welding head – Yixin

The closed type welding head is a special welding head for all-position automatic TIG welding (without filler wire) designed for the butt joint of various thin-walled pipe fittings. The sealed cavity is filled with shielding gas before welding to ensure that the weld is well protected. By customizing the fixture within the pipe diameter range according to customer requirements, the fixture system can ensure the accurate positioning of the welded parts.

This machine can be used with PM200, PD3000, digital welding power source, to accurately realize all-position TIG welding, with high reproducibility of welding results, and achieve ideal welding results. Besides, it is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food machinery, electronics, engineering installation, instrumentation, military and nuclear power industries.
